Returns and Refunds

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order for any reason, you may return eligible items within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.

Returns Policy

You have 30 calendar days from the date you received your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.

Please note that certain types of items are non-returnable for hygiene reasons, such as pierced jewellery and swimwear. Gift cards are also non-refundable.

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please visit our Returns Portal at amazinglywomens.com. You will need your order number and email address to log in and proceed with your return request. Follow the instructions to generate a returns authorization and a prepaid shipping label.

Shipping Costs for Returns

For faulty or incorrect items, we will cover the cost of return shipping. For returns based on change of mind, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs, which will be deducted from the refund.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be automatically processed to your original method of payment. Please allow a certain number of days for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

Exchanges

We are happy to offer exchanges for a different size or colour, subject to availability. To process an exchange, please initiate a return for the original item and place a new order for the desired item on our website.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund within the expected timeframe, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you have done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us for further assistance.

Sale Items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded, though they can be exchanged for a different size or colour if available.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or if the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send the refund to the gift giver.
